The catalog offers non-exclusive licenses for software developed by Par Shop. Exclusive intellectual-property rights are not transferred.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If a reference price is stated in another currency, the final total in roubles and the conversion result are displayed before card payment is confirmed.
Payment is complete after confirmation by the payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider's secure page and are not stored by Par Shop.
For every payment, the Seller creates an electronic receipt in the Federal Tax Service's My Tax (Мой налог) system, either directly or automatically through a connected electronic-platform operator or credit institution, and sends it using the order contact details within the time limits applicable to professional income tax payers.
No physical shipping is required. After payment is confirmed, the license, access, and instructions are delivered electronically through the customer dashboard and/or connected Telegram bot.
The delivery time is stated on the product page. If delivery is delayed, contact support so we can check the order.
We test the stated software features before release and are responsible for conformity with the published description when the instructions and system requirements are followed.
Support helps with installation, launch, and confirmed technical defects. Results depend on the user's environment, configuration, and actions; we do not promise a specific financial outcome.
If the software fails to perform a stated function because of a developer defect, send support the order number and evidence such as screenshots or a video.
After verification, we fix the defect or provide a working update or replacement. If a confirmed defect cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, a refund is issued under Russian law and the public offer.
A refund is made to the original payment method within the period required by law. A site-balance credit is used only at the Buyer's explicit choice. Full terms are set out in the Terms of Use.
